Each 12 Week program consists of:
- An initial 60 minute Zoom session to set up your custom training program and nutritional guidance based on your current condition, goals, and equipment availability (I typically charge $900-1000 per month for this standalone)
- A weekly 30 minute call for program modification as you progress, as well as to ensure accountability, motivation, and to answer any questions you may have about your journey on non-meeting weeks
- Unlimited text/email support
- Supplementation Regimen
- Regular program modification to ensure maximum results
